We built a variety of coating systems for paper, film, foil and non-woven applications:
- Flexographic coating with cavity, pan or 3 roll application systems.
- Differential dual servo flexo coaters with closed loop coat weight monitoring.
- Gravure and reverse gravure.
- Wax coaters including dip, dry and flexo transfer.
- Custom coaters built for most applications.
Laminating Systems
Our Servo driven computer-controlled laminating systems are designed to process the most challenging materials with web widths from 10” to 110”. Laminating modules are offered in full press lines or add modules to existing equipment.
Laminating stations:
- Manual and CNC
- Hard stop nips and eccentric cams limit
- Servo, geared, cantilevered, or web-driven
- Integrated wax, flexo and gravure coating stations.
